I love the Rathskeller, but...

I love the Rathskeller for meeting up with friends in the evening, but I don't know why they can't wait until much later before they start in with live music. Once that gets going, it's pretty much impossible to talk. I wonder whether anyone else agrees that they should hold off until at least 8pm.

And while I'm at it, who can I complain to about the bike racks in front of the Union??
